Gardenrita (It’s Kinda Like a Margarita, with a Thompson Twist)
1.25 oz espolon reposado tequila
.5 oz sipsmith gin
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz cucumber juice
.5 oz agave syrup
.75 oz ancho reyes
1 dash celery bitters
1 dash firewater bitters
Shake & roll into a collins glass | garnish with 2 cucumber slices

The Emerald screams ‘luxury’ and ‘sophistication’ which is (and always will be) a Vesper Martini using Hendricks as the base spirit. However, unlike Bond, this Vesper is stirred not shaken to keep the integrity of the ingredients intact. Classy, sophisticated, fun.
