Are you able to describe the new sanitary and safety measures that have been introduced to the Envoy program at The Emerald?
Our vehicle maintenance partners AndGo by Goodyear and Simply Clean have enhanced their sanitization efforts, both in frequency and procedures. They’re using an industrial-strength sanitization solution on the interior/exterior “touch” surfaces of Envoy vehicles. All staff members have been trained on proper safety protocols including wearing appropriate protective gear. Since Envoy vehicles are exclusively for you and your neighbors, we encourage our members to Be a Good Neighbor and follow CDC guidelines to keep us safe. We also offer wipe stations for properties to put near the vehicles if they choose. Our Envoy drivers have made it clear to us that they find Envoy to feel safer than other transportation options available during this unique time. They don’t have to be in the same vehicle as a driver or other members of the public on the train, they see our maintenance partners on site frequently cleaning the vehicles, they’re familiar with the cars as they’re using the same vehicle daily, and they can wipe down the car before and after. If we all do a little, we can drive a lot of fun.
